Jonathan Duquette and Jim Gaffney started the ShARP division at The Altman Group in 2005, after gaining invaluable experience at other industry providers. Our collective knowledge on how to conduct successful projects, our reputation for excellent client service and our keen attention to detail has allowed us to hit the ground running, as our growing client base indicates.
We have extensive experience in the business, having completed hundreds of programs over the past fifteen years and have worked with issuers of all sizes as well as their respective transfer agents. We can assure you that we will not only achieve a high response rate, but do so while adhering to the highest levels of customer service and operational excellence.
The Altman Group adheres to a service–centric model in everything we do. All of our programs are actively managed by a Senior Managing Director within the ShARP divison. You will not be handed off to a junior associate after we are retained. As a result, you will have one point of contact at The Altman Group, who in turn will have command and control of the whole program, as we don’t outsource any component of the program. This results in happier clients due to a clear line of communication, less confusion, and the elimination of possible finger pointing once the program is up and running. This service–centric model is one of the reasons that we have won the bi–annual TOPS Award as the highest rated Proxy Solicitation firm in 2004, 2006 and 2008.
