CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION

In January, 2003 we began presenting (at no charge) the first ever CLE course on bankruptcy claims, balloting, noticing and plan solicitations. We have been approved by the New York State Bar as a CLE provider and have already presented the course to over a dozen major firms in both New York and Delaware.

The course is designed to provide practical perspectives and insights into the role played by the claims/noticing/balloting agent in the bankruptcy process and highlight the relationship between logistics and strategy. We have received extremely positive responses from every firm where we have presented.
